Joe Biden has promised "On Day 1" of his presidency that he will pass some type of comprehensive immigration reform. While we don't know exactly what that will look like, we can assume based on his stated goals that it would almost surely include re-instating and expanding DACA and likely adding some kind of protection to parents of US citizens or dreamers.
